This training course specifically targets those involved in youth work, non-formal and informal education such as youth workers, youth leaders, support persons, trainers, mentors, project managers, other professionals, and stakeholders (such as policy makers).

The number of participants will be between 35 and 45, from as many EuroMed countries as possible. Therefore, the number of participants from any single country will be kept to a minimum, thus giving the opportunity to more participants from different countries to take part. Preference will be given to those working with disadvantaged youth.

Participants must commit themselves to:

  • stay for the whole duration of the training course
  • attend all the workshops and activities
  • take active part in the training course
